Baked Brussel Sprouts
Instructions
1. Cut each brussel sprout into half;
2. Mix salt and pepper with brussel sprouts;
3. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a small bowl and mix;
4. Rub the mixture from last step onto brussel sprouts;
5. Sprinkle the garlic and onion powder;
6. Baked at 425 F for 10 mins, flipped over and then continue for another 10 mins;

- 1 pound Brussel Sprouts(after outside dark one is peeled off)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- a few sprinkles of dried garlic and onion powder
